Simon served for a decade in the British Army, where discipline, leadership and decision-making under pressure were fundamental to operational success. Following his military career, Simon then spent nine years with Restrata, who are global leaders in emergency response where he held the role of head of UK and global command centre operations.
In addition, Simon’s experience extends well beyond emergency response planning, with a breadth of operational leadership experience that ensures the emergency response arrangements he implements are not only technically sound, but also practical, scalable and fully integrated into wider business operations.
Now Simon is applying this experience to develop innovative, client-focused emergency response solutions that are proportionate to each organisation’s hazards and risk profile.
