The Energy Institute Young Professionals Network (EI YPN) Aberdeen Highlands and Islands is excited to announce its upcoming event, "North Sea: What's Next?", a crucial discussion on the future of the North Sea energy basin.

The event, sponsored by Viaro Energy, will take place on Thursday September 11th 2025, 5.30pm at The Douglas Hotel, Aberdeen. It aims to connect young professionals, emerging talent and those working within the North Sea energy sector with industry leaders to explore the evolving landscape of North Sea operations, including new technologies, energy transition strategies, and career development. 

With industry consolidation, shifting policy, and the challenge of balancing energy security with climate targets, this is a pivotal moment for the basin.
