Aberdeen-based energy recruitment search business Engage Talent Partners has reported significant year-on-year growth during the first seven months of 2026, with overall turnover increasing by 147% compared with the same period in 2025.
The strong performance has been driven by continued growth across both the company's permanent and interim recruitment businesses. Permanent placement revenue has increased by 116% year-on-year for the January to July period, with a strong performance from the company's Leadership Search division making a substantial impact to this growth. Alongside this, the company's expanding interim business has also made a significant contribution to the overall increase in turnover.
The results follow a period of significant development and investment within Engage Talent Partners. Over the past couple of years, the business has worked hard behind the scenes to put the foundations in place for its next chapter of growth.
This has included moving into larger offices in 2024, implementing a new recruitment CRM and search platform, introducing the latest AI technology, welcoming new members to the team and continually fine-tuning the company's services to ensure it can provide the best possible recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates.
Scott Leonard, Managing Director at Engage Talent Partners, said: "We are delighted with the performance of the business so far in 2026. To achieve 147% growth in overall turnover is a fantastic result and is a real reflection of the hard work and commitment of the team, as well as the strong relationships we have developed with our clients and candidates.
"We've worked incredibly hard behind the scenes over the last couple of years to put the right foundations in place for the next chapter of our growth. From moving into larger offices and investing in new technology and recruitment tools, to embracing AI, growing the team and continually refining our services, there has been a lot going on.
"2026 has been a busy, exciting and incredibly rewarding year for us, and we're really starting to see the rewards of all that hard work and investment. It's particularly pleasing to see strong growth across both our permanent and interim businesses, with permanent placement revenue increasing by 116% and our interim business continuing to make a significant contribution."
The business is now preparing for the launch of its new website, which will provide the next step in Engage Talent Partners' development and showcase its refined services, recruitment solutions and the different ways it can support both clients and candidates.
"Our new website is the latest project for us and we're really looking forward to launching it. It will showcase our refined services and recruitment solutions, as well as highlighting the different ways we can support businesses and candidates."
"We're very positive about the future and there is still plenty more we want to achieve. Our focus now is on building on the progress we've made, continuing to invest in our people, technology and services, and maintaining the high-quality, relationship-led approach that has been central to our growth."
