Aberdeen-based property services firm EPIC Property Services Ltd is continuing to grow, with a new vacancy now live for a part-time Property Inventory Clerk.
The company, known as “the North East’s property problem solver”, supports landlords, solicitors and homeowners across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire, specialising in property compliance, staging, cleaning and maintenance.
Based from EPIC’s Rosemount Place office, the new Property Inventory Clerk role will involve recording the condition of properties at the start and end of tenancies, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with industry standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for carrying out mid-tenancy inspection checks as required.
