Escone Solutions is delighted to announce the promotion of Kay Nicol to head of customer development, a move that marks an exciting new chapter for both Kay and the company.
Since joining Escone in March 2018, Kay has been instrumental in delivering expert support as a business applications analyst and in leading the Intuitive team.
Her deep knowledge of financial software and collaborative approach have helped ensure consistent, high-quality support for clients across OpenAccounts, eBIS, and Intuitive. Kay’s dedication to results and strong client relationships have earned her the trust of both colleagues and customers.
In her new role, Kay will focus on strengthening partnerships, uncovering new opportunities for client engagement, and shaping the future of Escone’s service offerings. This includes supporting the company’s growth through new collaborations, such as the recent partnership with iplicit, to ensure Escone continues to meet the evolving needs of organisations relying on financial software.
Speaking about the move, Kay said: “When the role came up, I was excited to put my hat in the ring. And after speaking with Kevin and Mike about the possibility making the move and seeing that we were all keen to make it happen, it’s given me conformation that it is the right steps for me to take within the business.”
