Escone Solutions has announced that team member Kayla Ingram has successfully passed her ITIL 4 Foundation qualification, adding a further accreditation to the Aberdeen-based consultancy's roster of certified staff.

ITIL 4 is a globally recognised framework for IT service management, providing organisations with a structured approach to delivering and improving IT-enabled services. The Foundation certification demonstrates a working knowledge of the framework and its core principles.

Kayla's achievement reflects Escone's commitment to ongoing professional development across the team, ensuring staff are equipped with both the technical knowledge and recognised qualifications to support clients effectively.

Kayla said, "ITIL 4 covers a broad range of concepts, so it took real focus to get through it," said Kayla Ingram, Business Applications Support Analyst, Escone Solutions. "It's something I'm glad to have under my belt and I'm already applying what I've learned in my day-to-day work."

Amanda Forsyth, Support Lead & Head of Escone Assist, said, " We are very proud of Kayla for achieving this qualification. It’s a fantastic accomplishment and a real testament to her dedication and commitment. It’s also a great example of how we, as a business, support and encourage ongoing professional development.”
