ESWL is delighted to announce Lauryn Western, Finance and Administrative Assistant, as its Player of the Month for August.
The monthly award recognises an individual who has gone above and beyond in their role, demonstrating the values and team spirit that underpin ESWL’s ‘ESWL United’ culture.
Since joining ESWL in 2020, Lauryn has become a valued member of the Finance team, consistently demonstrating a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to support colleagues across the business.
Throughout August, Lauryn’s contribution stood out, with her commitment, reliability and attention to detail making a positive impact on the wider team. Her approach reflects the importance of the work carried out behind the scenes to support the smooth running of the business.
As a Finance & Administrative Assistant, Lauryn plays an important role in supporting ESWL’s day-to-day operations, helping to ensure that key administrative and financial processes are managed efficiently and accurately.
Her recognition as August’s Player of the Month highlights not only her individual contribution, but also the importance ESWL places on recognising and celebrating the people who contribute to the company’s continued success.
