ESWL is pleased to announce the promotion of Kyle Smith from Sales Administrator to Internal Sales Representative, recognising his continued development, commitment and contribution to the business since joining the company in 2018.
Kyle began his career with ESWL in January 2018 as a Warehouse Assistant, where he spent seven years developing his knowledge of the company, its operations and the procurement and supply chain industry. His dedication and willingness to develop his skills saw him take the next step in his career in January 2025, when he was promoted to Sales Administrator.
During his time in Sales Administration, Kyle continued to build his commercial knowledge and develop strong relationships across the business, gaining valuable experience that has supported his progression into his new role.
As of July 2026, Kyle has taken on the position of Internal Sales Representative, where he will build on his existing experience and play a greater role in supporting customers, managing sales opportunities and contributing to ESWL’s continued growth.
Reflecting on his career journey with ESWL, Kyle said: “ESWL has given me so many opportunities to develop and progress throughout my career. I’m extremely grateful for the support and encouragement I’ve received from the team over the years, and for the opportunities I’ve been given to take on new challenges and grow within the business. Having started in the warehouse and now working in an ISR role, it’s been a really rewarding journey, and I’m excited to see where the next chapter takes me.”
