Exchange Communications has been named the first re-seller in Scotland for the delivery of a cloud solution from BT Wholesale and Avaya that will enable businesses to significantly improve the customer contact experience.
The firm – headquartered in Kirkintilloch – will be responsible for supporting the provision of the versatile new ACS Select product, aimed at mid-market customers seeking cloud-enabled solutions to support their growth through a unified communications approach.
The Avaya cloud service is hosted on the BT Wholesale network, offering features from Avaya’s reliable IP Office and Contact Centre Select solutions.
Customers will benefit from an end-to end service, operational flexibility, customisation, hassle-free management, intelligent call recording, flexible connectivity and simple migration to the cloud.
