The Just Transition Fund (JTF) is a £500million ten-year commitment that will support projects in the North-east and Moray which contribute towards the region’s transition.
It prioritises projects that deliver against the Just Transition Outcome on Jobs, Skills and Economic Opportunities, responding to identified needs in the region. It also aims to ensure fund investment maximises impacts delivering benefits for businesses, workers and communities as we move towards to a net zero future.
The next round of the Just Transition Fund is opening imminently and AGCC is hosting a roundtable event from 9.00-10.30am on Tuesday, March 3 at our offices in Aberdeen Energy Park, Bridge of Don.
Senior representatives from Scottish Government along with organisations that have previously benefited will be in attendance to outline and discuss the fund and application process for the next phase.
