CBeebies megastar Mr Tumble is set to bring music, laughter and magical party moments to families in Aberdeen as he joins the cast for CBeebies House Party Live at His Majesty’s Theatre on Friday, July 24. 

The beloved CBeebies character, created and played by BAFTA award-winning Justin Fletcher MBE, famous for his starry waistcoat, spotty bag and bow tie, joins the five-star family show alongside a rotating cast of CBeebies superstars to throw an epic party packed with sensational songs, stupendous surprises and mega moments for the whole family.

Aberdeen Performing Arts Head of Programming, Steven Milne said: “Mr Tumble is a much loved character with legions of young fans, and he’s sure to bring an extra sparkle to CBeebies House Party Live when it comes to HMT next month.”

Mr Tumble is much loved for Something Special, which combines fun with inclusive learning, using Makaton signs, speech and symbols to help children build communication and language skills. 

He said: “Hello!  It’s me, Mr Tumble!  I’ve heard you need my help at the CBeebies House Party Live! I’m in charge of the party food! What could possibly go wrong?!? It will be the party of all parties and you’re all invited!  See you there! Woo Hoo!”

Also written and directed by Justin Fletcher, the tour has been specially created for young children and their families bringing them together to share joyful moments and make magical memories.

Produced by the team behind CBeebies House and CBeebies Bedtime Stories, the exciting line-up includes Andy Day, Mister Maker (Phil Gallagher), George Webster, Evie Pickerill, Nigel Clarke, Rebecca Keatley, Rhys Stephenson, Joanna Adeyinka-Burford, Dodge (Warrick Brownlow-Pike) and Duggee. Every performance also stars BSL interpreter, Emma Jane Heap ensuring everyone can join the fun.

Bigger, brighter and more joyful than ever, the must-see family spectacular is packed with music, laughter and unforgettable moments. Expect dancing, singing, streamers, giant jellies, bubbles galore and, of course, a CBeebies Bedtime Story.
