Aberdeen-based video marketing agency Farsight has announced a new collaboration with leadership coach and author Margaret Brown, as part of a forthcoming video series designed to support the launch of her book Culture Pays and an accompanying leadership masterclass.

The collaboration will focus on creating a series of short, story-led video pieces that explore leadership, organisational culture, and the real-world challenges faced by teams and decision-makers today. The content is designed to support both Margaret’s thought leadership work, book and her wider masterclass offering.

Culture Pays draws on more than 35 years of global leadership coaching experience and provides a practical roadmap for leaders seeking to create values-led cultures rooted in empathy, accountability and people-first leadership. Central to the book is Margaret’s Leadershift Model©, alongside five core leadership actions - Listen, Learn, Lead, Leverage and Live - offering leaders clear, actionable guidance to improve engagement, retain talent and drive meaningful organisational change.

Michael Silva, Founder of Farsight said: “Margaret’s work stands out because it’s grounded in real experience and real impact. At Farsight, we’re focused on telling stories about people who are genuinely making a difference in their fields. This collaboration is about bringing leadership, values and culture to life through video, in a way that feels authentic, relatable and purposeful.”

The project reflects Farsight’s approach to video marketing, working closely with experts and organisations to create content that supports long-term positioning rather than one-off promotion. For Margaret, the collaboration offers an opportunity to extend the reach of Culture Pays and her masterclass through video storytelling that connects directly with leaders navigating change.

Margaret says: “I’m very excited to be working with Farsight on this project. Michael Silva has worked closely with me to fully understand my values, objectives, and brand. I’m confident that the resulting video series will go a long way towards positioning my best-selling book and upcoming masterclass as essential results-driven tools that help leaders actively inspire, engage and retain great people for a competitive advantage.”

The video content will be released in the coming weeks, following filming and will support the ongoing promotion of Culture Pays and Margaret’s leadership masterclass.
