Esteemed Aberdeenshire Chef and entrepreneur, Peter Bruce, has been appointed to the board of The Federation of Chefs Scotland (FCS) also known as Scottish Chefs.

Peter’s appointment sees him join the board alongside culinary experts from across Scotland, in an organisation with worldwide renowned chef Michel Roux Jr as Patron of Scottish Chefs.

Scottish Chefs is a not-for-profit organisation that provides support and educational programmes to chefs and cooks at all stages in their career journey. They also act as ambassadors for Scotland promoting Scottish suppliers and produce nationally and internationally.

Peter who founded Entier in 2008, has grown the business to become the UK’s largest independent catering & hospitality company and passionately believes in the nurturing and development of Scottish culinary talent.

Commenting on Peter’s appointment Neil Thomson, Chief Executive of FSC said “Peter's wealth of experience and knowledge in the food industry will be a valuable asset to our board, and we look forward to working alongside him to further promote Scotland's culinary excellence."
