FG Burnett is delighted to announce its sponsorship of Curl Aberdeen, the North-east of Scotland’s premier curling facility.

Curl Aberdeen is a state-of-the-art venue offering a six-lane curling rink, meeting and event spaces, and a vibrant community for curling enthusiasts of all ages.

Since opening in 2005, Curl Aberdeen has hosted numerous prestigious competitions, including the European Curling Championships in 2009 and 2023, the World Junior Curling Championships in 2018, and the World Mixed Curling Championships in 2019, 2022, and 2023. As the only dedicated curling facility in the North East, it supports over 500 members aged 8 and above, with activity taking place seven days a week.

Founded in response to the growing interest in curling and its deep Scottish heritage, the facility delivers state-of-the-art ice conditions that cater to both amateur and professional players. Over the years, Curl Aberdeen has become an integral part of the local sporting landscape, contributing significantly to the popularity and development of curling in Scotland.
