First quarter of 2017 looks upbeat for ITWORX

First quarter of 2017 looks to be upbeat for IT and Communications company ITWORX, with new business wins locally and in the central belt, consolidating a truly national and international service.

Often a company’s success is reflected by its customer profile, and ITWORX is certainly no lightweight when it comes to serving customers with household brand names. One of the recent new business wins - an international high street retailer; has contracted support services across multiple global borders that include both USA & Japan.

The first quarter has shown great promise largely due to the fruitful efforts expended toward the end of 2016. The expansion strategy is working and the company is well positioned for 2017 and on target to achieve the longer term goals.

Jill Ross and Philip Mowatt Directors, said “While trading in the North-east over the last two to three years has been tough on everyone, we have been working toward a vision that is based on long term sustainable growth. Given our recent success locally and in the central belt we are confident that we are in good shape to achieve our objectives”.

However, Philip and Jill are quick to point out that wider Scottish success while positive, will not be at the expense of the local clients and the focus on customer service will remain as a core priority.

As part of the company’s development and commitment to ensure continued customer satisfaction, ITWORX have recently appointed a new commercial manager to further augment the depth of resource within the firm and support the on-going expansion strategy.

Historically, the businesses performance has been very good and the prospects for the future are nothing but positive for ITWORX – one contact point for all your IT needs. www.itworxuk.com
