CALA Homes has announced its continued support for Inverurie Locos Works F.C. with the renewal of its club sponsorship agreement for a further five seasons.
The announcement was made by Mike Naysmith, managing director of CALA Homes (North), at the club’s annual Valentine Ball. The event took place on 15th February 2020 at the Thainstone Exchange, Inverurie.
Mike Naysmith said: “We have sponsored Inverurie Locos Works F.C. since 2016 and look forward to supporting the club right through to 2025.
“The club does fantastic work with the local community, in particular with special needs groups, which was one of the main reasons we were keen to support them. It is a great example of a local club that really gives back to its community and mirrors our own ethos at CALA as we always aim to support the neighbourhoods in which we build.
“We have a fantastic relationship with the club and enjoy having the opportunity to be involved with its renowned events including the Valentine Ball and annual business lunch, as well as supporting the youth teams right up to the first team.
“We have strong links to Inverurie through The Grove, our new community in the town, our investment in Garioch Sports Centre, and our ongoing partnership with the Locos. We’re very proud to help support the local community.”
CALA’s sponsorship agreement includes full club sponsorship as well as the club’s strips and training kits for its first team, the Under 17 Development, Under 19 Juvenile and Under 20 Development teams.
Vice chairman at the club, Graeme Hay, said: “Our Valentine Ball was a huge success and Mike’s announcement made it extra special.
“We really enjoy working with CALA and are delighted to have its support for another five seasons. The sponsorship enables us to invest in our teams and facilities to ensure we stay at the top of our game.”
