Four more deals at the James Gregory Centre, Aberdeen Innovation Park

Four more deals have been concluded at the James Gregory Centre on Campus Two at Aberdeen Innovation Park:

  • All Design (Scotland) Ltd, a long-established family-run architectural firm has moved to a new office location at Unit 22 within the centre. The firm provides the full range of architectural services, covering Aberdeenshire, Tayside and Moray.
  • Arthur McKay & Co Ltd, has signed up for a small office suite at Unit 14. The company is one of the UK’s leading building support services providers, delivering a range of M&E and FM services. With offices already established in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Carlisle, Halifax and London, the Aberdeen base will be a new satellite operation, to service business interests in the north east of Scotland.
  • Business A.R.D. Ltd, a local independent computer consultant and an existing occupier has moved to a larger suite within the centre. The company will use the additional space at Units 6/7 to help develop increased business opportunities.
  • Lighthouse, a firm of creative designers, digital and identity consultants, which was founded in 1992 has agreed terms at Unit 12.

The James Gregory Centre is a modern serviced office centre set in the heart of Aberdeen Innovation Park and provides a mix serviced office suites, suitable for of two to eight people and available on highly flexible terms. The centre offers ample car parking and shared parts of the building have recently undergone refurbishment. The Innovation Park is conveniently located, approximately three miles north of Aberdeen city centre and close to the new Third Don Crossing.
