It's World Meditation Day on May 21 and also the end of Mental Health Week, so what better way to spend some time on a Sunday, than Sunday 'down time'.

Join the Ross sisters for a free guided meditation, one in the morning (10am -10.30am) led by Fiona and one by Emma at (8.30pm-9pm)

Please come along to one or both, as they are different styles, and no previous mediation experience is required. And you don't need to be into yoga or sit crossed-legged!

Both sessions are guided, so all you need to bring is yourself.
