Investigation launched after decking collapse on North Sea oil rig
An investigation is underway after part of the decking on a North Sea oil rig collapsed onto a walkway.
The incident took place on the Shell-operated Shearwater platform located 140 miles off the coast of Aberdeen on July 12.
A liquid nitrogen leak damaged the underside of the deck, causing debris to fall onto the walkway below.

UK 'not out of woods' on inflation, says Bank as rates held
UK interest rates have been held at 4% as the Bank of England governor warned "we're not out of the woods yet" in terms of rising inflation.
Analysts had not expected interest rates, which influence borrowing costs and returns on savings, to be cut given that prices are rising at nearly twice the Bank's target rate.
The Bank said it expected inflation to return to its key target of 2%, but remains cautious on when it will trim borrowing costs again.
‘If you want to get rich, invest in the UK’: Nvidia boss backs Starmer’s AI push
The chief executive of Nvidia has said people should invest in the UK “if you want to get rich” as he backed Sir Keir Starmer’s artificial intelligence push.
Jensen Huang said that the series of tech investments announced during Donald Trump’s state visit this week were “a very big deal” and said the US tech giant he runs planned to invest £2billion in British companies.
It came as Nvidia announced a $500million (£369m) investment in Wayve, the British driverless car start-up.
Trump says TV networks opposed to him should 'maybe' lose licence
US President Donald Trump has suggested some TV networks should have their licences "taken away", as he backed America's broadcast watchdog in a row over the suspension late-night TV host Jimmy Kimmel.
ABC has pulled the comedian off air "indefinitely" after his remarks about the murder of conservative influencer Charlie Kirk in Utah last week.
Kimmel appeared to suggest the suspect was a Trump supporter. Officials, however, have said he was "indoctrinated with leftist ideology".
