AM Sci Tech, a subsidiary of Manchester-based Hurstwood Holdings, has concluded a further letting at the Innovation Park, in Bridge of Don.
AVC Immedia, an award-winning communications agency specialising in video, animation, AV solutions and commercial music, has agreed a five-year lease on Units E4 to E6 at Davidson House.
The new premises extend to 2,230 sq ft and will provide a base for the company's growing team.
The move follows a number of recent key appointments including Angus Turner as Head of Commercial Partnerships, David Benjamin as Business Development Manager and Alex Thomson as Senior Videographer. The firm was acquired by London-based Audio Visual Creative Group Limited in March this year.
Head of Partnerships, Angus Turner said: “Following the acquisition of the business earlier in the year, we undertook an assessment of the way we were operating from our Aberdeen office.
“We wanted to have a space that allowed for open collaboration across the team as well as somewhere that was inviting to visitors.
“Davidson House offers both of those, as well as being in an excellent location for us to serve and communicate with customers.
“Aberdeen will continue to be a key hub for our business, particularly given our strong relationships within the energy, infrastructure and professional services sectors.
“We have ambitious plans for growth over the coming years, both in terms of our client base and the services we provide.
“The additional space gives us the platform to invest in new talent and continue developing innovative audio, content and AV solutions that help our clients engage with their audiences more effectively."
Gordon Pirie, Asset Manager at Aberdeen Energy & Innovation Parks, added: “AVC Immedia's decision to establish its Aberdeen base here is a strong endorsement of the quality of accommodation and working environment on offer.
“We are seeing growing demand from a diverse range of occupiers who recognise the benefits of a modern, professional workplace in a highly accessible location. Davidson House offers flexible accommodation, excellent amenities and a strong business community, which is proving increasingly attractive to companies looking to invest in their future growth.
“The arrival of AVC Immedia further strengthens the occupier mix within the building and demonstrates that ambitious businesses continue to see value in quality office space that supports collaboration, innovation and long-term success.”
AVC Immedia supports over 800 clients globally delivering a comprehensive range of creative, digital, AV and commercial music solutions for leading brands.
Today, the group supports more than 8,000 audio zones and works with some of the UK's and Europe's leading organisations across the energy, infrastructure and professional services sectors, as well as international markets.
