Genny Hire is proud to be the main sponsor of The Hold Fast Schools Mission Charity, an organisation dedicated to helping young people develop confidence, resilience, teamwork and personal accountability through challenge-based experiences.
The connection was established through Will Mackie and the Remiges V Atlantic rowing team, introducing Genny Hire to charity founder Rob Hinton and the inspiring work being carried out across schools throughout the UK.
The charity delivers engaging land and water-based challenges that encourage young people to step outside their comfort zones, work together and develop valuable life skills in a positive and supportive environment.
Recent programmes have involved schools across Edinburgh, Cambridge and Essex, providing students with opportunities to build confidence, improve wellbeing and develop the personal qualities that will support them throughout their lives.
As a business committed to supporting communities and creating positive social impact, Genny Hire is delighted to play a part in helping the charity continue its important work.
Lorna Clark, Managing Director of Genny Hire, said: "The connection between Genny Hire and The Hold Fast Schools Mission Charity makes me immensely proud. To be part of this mission, to support Rob Hinton and his team, and to invest in young people who represent our future workforce was an easy decision for us.
"The work being carried out by the charity is creating opportunities, building confidence and helping shape the next generation. We are proud to play a small part in supporting that journey."
With the next Atlantic rowing challenge approaching later this year and the charity continuing to expand its reach, Genny Hire looks forward to continuing its support and helping raise awareness of the positive impact being made across communities throughout the UK.
