Hot on the heels of their “Investors in People” (IIP) accreditation in 2022, has announced GEODIS FF UK are now officially certified as a “Great Place to Work” Moreover, and are delighted to announce they were presented with the BIFA Staff Development award at the Annual Industry event in London in January.
The Great Place to Work accreditation comes coupled with another achievement by putting GEODIS FF UK on the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing 2023 list.
These awards represent and reflect the investment in one of the GEODIS Golden Rules, ‘to recruit, develop and retain quality people’. While continuing to perform tremendously, our Freight Forwarding team in the UK has emerged as one big family, who are not only making strides in the industry by achieving competitive awards, but also being recognised in the workplace, helping to improve productivity and natural retention of employees.
