GEOLOG, a global leader in surface logging, well-site geoscience, and advanced drilling optimisation services, has once again brought festive spirit by sponsoring Befriend a Child’s 2025 Christmas Party.
The company, known for delivering high-value geological insights that help oil and gas operators drill safer and more efficiently, is equally committed to making a meaningful impact in the local community.
For many of the children and young people supported by Befriend a Child, the holiday season can be a difficult period. However, the annual Christmas celebration for over 160 children and volunteers, held at The Altens Hotel, offers a magical moment of joy and excitement. With games, a traditional Christmas meal, and a special appearance from Santa delivering gifts, the event provides memories the children cherish long after the holidays have passed.
GEOLOG’s involvement with the charity extends well beyond the festive season. Through the GEOLOG Foundation, the company supports projects that uplift young people and promote wellbeing in local communities. In 2024, GEOLOG funded important upgrades to Befriend a Child’s Bon Accord Square facilities, helping create a more welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for the children and volunteers who rely on the charity’s support.
