Leading North-east business, Goldstar Cleaning Services, has welcomed the move to allow office employees to return to work as CV19 restrictions ease.
Goldstar handles all aspects of office and commercial cleaning and is seeing an upsurge in demand as many businesses begin the gradual return of their workforces.
This comes on the back of a year which has seen Goldstar continue to develop new business across its domestic and commercial client base, enjoying a particularly busy year in support of the thriving local construction sector.
Goldstar’s senior partner Scott Willox said: “Our expertise is in delivering property cleaning and maintenance services across the North of Scotland’s commercial, domestic and industrial sectors.
“It’s such an important time for businesses right now as they begin the process of welcoming employees back to the office and workplace. It’s what a lot of businesses have been waiting for, but for some staff, it may be something that they are quite wary about.
“The safety and hygiene of workspaces, offices and the environment has never been more important and can’t be left to chance.
“We are proud to support so many local businesses in creating the immaculate, safe and hygienic premises their business demands and their employees deserve.”
Goldstar is an Aberdeen-based, family-run cleaning and maintenance business working with more than 600 regular clients across the construction, retail, leisure, hospitality, healthcare, domestic and education sectors. It is led by Scott and his wife, Rachel.
The Goldstar team has built a trusted reputation over four decades, managing 500 jobs a day, employing 150-plus people, with a fleet of 35 satellite-tracked vehicles serving their customers across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Inverness, Moray and Tayside.
In the face of CV19 challenges of the last two years, Goldstar has introduced new services to broaden their offering, and continued to invest in environmentally efficient assets and technologies to improve the business. Scott and Rachel are passionate about keeping things local and manageable to ensure the business – and local economy – thrives.
The team was also delighted to be named Best Large Business in the Trades Awards 2021, for the second time.
Scott said: “It has been an exceptional couple of years in so many ways and we know we are perfectly positioned to help so many new and existing clients as we develop our business and our team through 2022 and beyond.
“As the construction industry helps to lead the economic growth of our region, we are proud to work with most of the major house builders in the north-east, and supporting our clients in the construction sector is hugely important to our business.
“While individuals and organisations navigate their ‘new normal’ and attempt to juggle hybrid working patterns and schedules, we know that we can be there to assist at every step, offering a complete facilities management business and delivering every aspect of regular cleaning and maintenance to the commercial and domestic sectors.
“For all our commercial and domestic clients, we are truly committed to providing a hassle-free solution for every situation.”
