VisitAberdeenshire and Scottish Enterprise are hosting a free Golf Tourism Innovation workshop on Tuesday March 28 at Trump International, Menie Estate, Balmedie.
Tourism Resources Company will be there to present their recent findings on the assessment of the visitor golf sector in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire which identified opportunities, challenges and constraints associated with golf tourism.
We will cover what VisitAberdeenshire has planned for future golf tourism activity and structure - and how you can get involved.
The main focus of the workshop is to give you the platform and the time out from your business to let us help you think creatively on how to develop ideas on how to attract more golf visitors, grow your revenue around golf tourism or even simply run your golf tourism business more efficiently. You will have the opportunity to network with other like minded businesses and hear from inspirational representatives from the golf tourism sector to get you thinking about what changes or opportunities could benefit your business and/or the visiting golfer to the area.
You will also get the chance to have a follow up 1-2-1 surgery with a Scottish Enterprise Innovation Specialist to discuss your ideas on an informal and confidential basis.
We will be kicking off at 10am, finishing no later than 4pm and lunch will be provided.
