Skills Development Scotland work with the Scottish Apprenticeship Advisory Board (SAAB), an independent industry-led body which ensures apprenticeships are demand-led, fit for purpose and future orientated.

SAAB have commissioned independent research company, The Edge Foundation, to examine the current policy position of Graduate Apprenticeships (GAs) and consider the future of the labour market and international examples of degree-level work-based learning. It published its report – with five key recommendations – on November 22.

To support the publication of the Graduate Apprenticeships: Developing Scotland’s Future Workforce report, SAAB have developed a schedule of activity including an employer webinar led by SAAB and the Edge Foundation – taking place at 1pm on January 27, 2022.

The webinar will provide an examination of GAs and hear from employers, apprentices and international thinkers from across the skills landscape. Although it is aimed at employers, SAAB welcomes other interested stakeholders who would like to hear about GAs.

January 27, 2022 at 1pm to 2.30pm
