Aberdeen-based Greenwell is celebrating the contribution of long-serving team member Euan Grant, whose 18 years with the company have seen him play a pivotal role in driving forward health, safety, quality and environmental standards.

Since becoming BMS Manager in 2022, Euan has led Greenwell’s QHSE function, ensuring compliance, operational safety and continuous improvement across the business. His remit covers risk management, quality assurance and environmental management, alongside the development of policies and procedures, staff training, and the testing and maintenance of plant, equipment, fleet and facilities.

A key achievement has been guiding Greenwell through the successful attainment of internationally recognised standards, including ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management). These accreditations not only strengthen Greenwell’s commitment to best practice, but also provide customers with confidence in the company’s ability to deliver safe and sustainable solutions.

Euan’s expertise is backed by formal qualifications, including the NEBOSH General National Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. His leadership extends beyond compliance, with weekly toolbox talks, site safety checks and regular training sessions helping embed a culture of safety throughout the business.

Greenwell’s managing director Mark Turnbull said: “Euan has been instrumental in achieving and maintaining the accreditations that are vital to our business. His professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to high standards have allowed Greenwell to continually improve and give our customers confidence that safety and quality are at the heart of everything we do.”
