Harbour Energy's Aberdeen headquarters has gone on the market for offers over £18.5million.
The Kingswells office building, Upper Denburn House, was recently refurbished and is now up for sale.
The Prime Four Business Park property, spanning 63,425ft, is fully let to Harbour Energy until July 2034, the Press and Journal reports.
It is being marketed by CBRE and MWM Property Consultants.
Harbour Energy has more than 1,000 staff based Prime Four after restructuring its Aberdeen office estate and relocating staff from Rubislaw House last year.
