Harbour Energy has named Graeme Davies as the new managing director of its UK business, headquartered in Aberdeen.
Davies, currently the energy giant’s executive vice president for carbon capture and storage (CCS), will take up the role on October 1.
He will replace Scott Barr, who has been appointed managing director of Harbour’s Mexico business and will relocate to Mexico City from November 1.
Harbour said the changes would provide leadership continuity across two strategically important parts of its global portfolio, with the UK remaining its largest operated business unit.

"His appointment will ensure a continued focus on safe and efficient production, operational excellence, cost and capital discipline and responsible stewardship of our assets.
