Moorfield Group, the owner of Aberdeen Energy & Innovation Parks is delighted to conclude three office deals at the James Gregory Centre on Campus Two at Aberdeen Innovation Park:

  • 4MS Network Services, an existing occupier is up-sizing and taking Unit 2, in addition to the four units it already occupies, taking the company’s total office floorspace at the centre to just over 1,000 sq ft. Established in 2007, 4MS is an IP communications and network services business, serving the global oil & gas industry from Aberdeen. The company is a Cisco Premier Partner and works with large energy businesses, providing turnkey IP communications project services and operational support, covering preparation, planning, design, installation, operation and optimisation.
  • HSI Lateral Wave Limited, has signed up for a small office suite at Unit 8. Relocating from smaller offices on the south of Aberdeen, the company is a fully independent non-destructive testing organisation providing innovative advanced ultrasonic services such as phased array, Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD), corrosion mapping and acoustic emission to the oil, gas, chemical, power generation, defence and food industries. It is part of the HSI Group, which has head offices in Los Angeles and regional UK offices in Ellesmere Port, Belfast and Aberdeen.
  • Blue Spark Energy UK has agreed terms on Unit 24. The company is US-owned and provides oilfield services, specifically well services & well intervention or remediation services using Blue Spark's WASP technology.
