- Receptionist - Be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer service, managing check-ins and check-outs, and creating memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure.
- F&B Team Member - Join the food and beverage team, serving guests across the hotel's restaurant, bars and event spaces while delivering outstanding hospitality and service.
- Chef de Partie - Take ownership of a kitchen section, preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food standards and supporting the delivery of exceptional dining experiences.
- Sous Chef - Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, lead and develop the culinary team, and help deliver consistently high standards across all food outlets and events.
- Cluster Finance Team Member - Support the day-to-day financial operations across the Aberdeen hotel cluster, helping to ensure smooth and efficient financial processes while developing a career in hospitality finance.
