Aberdeen-based businessman Hugh Little has been recognised by The Institute of Directors Scotland with the award of non- executive director of the year.
Hugh’s current non-executive roles include Governor, and chair of Finance Committee at Robert Gordon University, chairman of CLAN Cancer Support, director of Dark Matter Distillers, director of Drum Income Plus REIT PLC and Governor and chair of Development Committee at Robert Gordon’s College. He was formerly head of acquisitions at Aberdeen Asset Management for 29 years.
Hugh Little says of the award, "I am very honoured to have been selected to win this award from the Institute of Directors in Scotland, and whilst I suspect the award reflects more on the quality of the organisations for whom I work, rather than on any specific efforts by me, I am nonetheless very proud to receive it.”
