myenergi is a leading home energy management system (HEMS) provider, designing and manufacturing smart energy hardware including EV chargers, solar diverters and battery storage systems. Operating across Great Britain, Ireland, Australia and multiple European markets, the business is scaling rapidly while enhancing its capabilities in optimisation, forecasting and flexibility services.
As myenergi expanded across markets and services, its data environment needed to evolve to support greater complexity, faster decision-making and improved visibility across teams. Existing processes relied on fragmented systems and manual reporting, limiting scalability and efficiency.

Through a data and AI strategy workshop, key requirements were defined before robust data pipelines were developed to ingest, standardise and transform data from core systems including ERP, CRM and device platforms.
The platform automated existing reporting workflows that had previously required manual effort, enabling consistent, reliable insights across the business without manual intervention. It also introduced governed data structures and improved integration between systems, including a direct CRM-to-ERP connection to streamline operations.
As a result, myenergi now has a single source of truth for business data, improved transparency and stronger cross-functional alignment. Automated reporting has reduced operational friction, while the platform provides a scalable foundation for future use cases including advanced optimisation, forecasting and AI-driven energy services.
