Following the success of its March session, the Inclusion Champion Masterclass from Men for Inclusion is returning to Aberdeen on Tuesday 17th June 2025, running from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

This free, in-person workshop offers professionals across the energy sector and beyond, the opportunity to engage with DE&I experts, build meaningful connections, and walk away with practical strategies for creating inclusive, high-performing workplaces.

Co-hosted by Mark Freed, Managing Director of Men for Inclusion, and Stacey Will, founder of The Personal Growth Collective, the Inclusion Champion masterclass is designed for leaders, culture carriers, and those passionate about embedding inclusion into their organisation’s DNA. Through a highly interactive format, participants will explore how to engage the often-overlooked majority, particularly men, as active allies in the inclusion conversation.

“As we’ve seen time and again, isolated DEI initiatives aren’t enough,” says Mark Freed. “Creating lasting change means involving everyone. That’s why this session is designed to move beyond awareness and into action, helping organisations embed inclusion into their culture, not just their policy documents.”

Participants will be introduced to the ADUCE framework, a model for advancing DEI through awareness, skill-building, and long-term integration. The session will cover:

  • Awareness & Desire: Understanding key DEI challenges and inspiring commitment.
  • Understanding & Capability: Equipping teams with tools to act inclusively.
  • Embedding Change: Turning strategies into real, lasting impact.

“This is about more than gender,” says Stacey Will. “It’s about reshaping structures and cultures so that inclusion becomes the norm, not the exception. Engaging men in this journey is critical if we want to move from surface-level change to something truly transformative.”
