Inspire PTL launches recruitment campaign in Angus following contract award

A leading North-east social care charity has launched a major recruitment campaign in Angus following the award of a significant contract in the area.

Inspire PTL will deliver services to local adults with autism and other learning disabilities.

The contract award follows a competitive tendering process and will see Inspire deliver its services in Angus for the first time. The organisation currently operates in the Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray Council areas.

Inspire PTL CEO, Linda Gray, says the organisation is looking forward to establishing a strong presence and is committed to engaging new employees in the region and integrating them into its workforce with its strong ‘family-like’ reputation over the coming months.

She said: “At Inspire our clear focus is on delivering safe and high quality personalised support and adding value to the lives of the individuals we support through our regular activity sessions, volunteering programme and development of community connections.

“We are delighted to have been appointed to deliver our person-centred services to local people with learning disabilities in the Angus area and look forward to working collaboratively with our fellow providers to ensure we successfully meet the needs of every individual.”

Inspire has initially secured office space in Forfar town centre - sharing premises with GSR Healthcare Agency who are also moving into the area - and expects to grow its presence in the region over the coming months.

Linda added: “Inspire is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year and we are thrilled to bring our established track record of delivering more than a service and offering more than a job into a new geographical area for the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for us and we look forward to delivering on our aim of empowering the life choices of everyone we support.”
