Integrity HSE has revealed it has seen a significant increase in inbound enquiries regarding its award-winning ISO and management system support.
This model usually involves one of Integrity HSE’s QHSE experts visiting a client’s office for one or two days a week and offering on-site support, coaching and mentoring to their workforce.
Jamie Murray, Integrity HSE’s technical assurance manager, said: “We are seeing a growing demand for this service because of our unrivalled client-centric service. This involves me getting together with the client and agreeing on a support package that is right for them and then assigning an Integrity HSE QHSE professional as focal point.”
Mr Murray then explained the client’s focal point would be responsible for developing a functional relationship with the client, and facilitating the delivery of the services they require. He explained that, whilst this is usually done by the QHSE focal point, specialist services (emergency response, wellbeing, etc.) are delivered by other in-house experts.
