In a letter issued to employees, clients and stakeholders, managing director and Founder Steven Harris reflected on a strong 2025 and sets out the organisation’s direction for the year ahead.
During 2025, Integrity HSE expanded into new sectors and geographies, most notably with the opening of its Doha office. Looking to 2026, the organisation plans to evolve beyond a traditional consultancy model towards a more scalable and integrated QHSE platform, combining established consulting capability with AI-enabled systems and occupational health services. Geographically, Aberdeen will continue as the company’s centre of excellence, supporting national frameworks and international operations. Doha is positioned as a high-growth but controlled market, while further expansion plans include the opening of a Glasgow office in mid-2026 and a small strategic presence in Edinburgh later in the year.
