To mark World Mental Health Day 2025, which was held on Friday 10th October, Integrity HSE launched a special initiative to promote awareness and education around mental wellbeing in the workplace.

As part of the campaign, the Queens Road-based QHSE consultancy gave away 100 free licences for their Mental Health Awareness eLearning course, presented by former STV news anchor on North Tonight, Kirstin Gove.

The course is designed to provide practical, accessible guidance on how individuals can manage their own mental health, support colleagues, and foster a healthier working environment.

The response to the giveaway was overwhelming. All 100 licences, representing a total value approaching £5,000 were claimed within hours of the launch, reflecting a clear and growing demand for credible, high-quality mental health training.

Integrity HSE were particularly encouraged to see engagement from a broad range of sectors, demonstrating a shared commitment to building psychologically safe and supportive workplaces.
