The much-anticipated Aberdeen-Norway Gateway 2025 is set to take place in Aberdeen next week, bringing together key figures from both sides of the North Sea for an important precursor to Offshore Europe.

Held by Granite PR in association with ONS and Invest in Rogaland, the 12th Aberdeen-Norway Gateway will run at the award-winning Macdonald Norwood Hall Hotel, Aberdeen on Monday, September 1st.  It will act as a precursor to Offshore Europe which will happen in the city on September 2-5.

The lunchtime gathering will strengthen historic ties between the locations by bringing delegates together for a range of in-person market updates and intelligence.  As well as delivering up-to-date insights on key areas, it will provide a forum for forging partnerships and exploring mutual opportunities as well as celebrating cross-regional achievements.

In addition to civic messages from Aberdeen Lord Provost Dr David Cameron and Rogaland Deputy Mayor Svein Erik Indbjo, the event will feature a keynote address from the president and CEO of the ONS Foundation, Leif John Sevland.  A focus on Norway’s Rogaland County will showcase a range of companies including energy transition, offshore wind and subsea whilst plenty of networking opportunities will ensure connections are maximised throughout the day.

Commenting on plans for the 2025 Aberdeen-Norway Gateway, series creator Brett Jackson said: “In the run-up to OE25, this forum provides an important platform to meet, engage and inspire whilst learning from each other and sowing the seeds of future collaborations.”

The Aberdeen-Norway Gateway 2025 is supported by ABB AS, Aberdeen City Council, Energy Innovation, GUH, Government of Western Australia, Imenco, Invest Rogaland, NorSea, Merrimac International, Norwegian Offshore Wind, ONS Foundation, Rambase/Hatteland, Rogaland County Council, Widerøe, Wings Global Travel.
