Offshore Energies UK (OEUK) has announced Investigate, Improve and Implement as the three themes for its 2027 Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Conference at Aberdeen’s P&J Live on February 24.
Designed for industry leaders, HSE professionals, frontline teams and technical experts, the conference, sponsored by Harbour Energy and NEO NEXT+, offers a practical route from insight to action. Delegates will learn more effective ways to investigate the root causes of incidents and apply proven evidence and shared experience to strengthen systems, leadership and workplace culture.
The programme will help delegates support their organisations through identifying emerging risks, challenging existing approaches and turning lessons into consistent action at every level, enabling lasting improvements in HSE performance.
Mark Wilson, OEUK’s Energy Operations Director, said: “Sustained HSE improvement depends on our ability to learn well and act decisively. Investigate, Improve and Implement captures that journey: understanding the causes of incidents and performance trends, identifying effective solutions, and making sure changes are embedded in day-to-day operations.
“By bringing people together to share evidence, experience and practical approaches, this conference will help our industry strengthen leadership, culture and processes and deliver measurable improvements for people, the environment and operational performance.”
