Influence is a Scottish equality charity amplifying the voices of people whose experiences are often overlooked. Through storytelling, creative media, and advocacy, they work to build resilience, dignity, and fairness for all.

Project aims

  • Raise awareness of Equality Act 2010 duties to avoid indirect discrimination.
  • Encourage inclusive and compassionate service models across Aberdeen.
