iO IT Services is delighted to welcome Oliver Gibberd-Thomas as a Systems Consultant.
Ollie brings a wealth of experience across 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, VIP support, infrastructure, and cloud services, having worked in the industry since graduating in 2019.
Most recently, Ollie worked as a Cloud Support Engineer in the Cayman Islands and wider Caribbean, supporting a diverse range of clients, including senior executives and VIP customers.
With a strong focus on troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service, Ollie is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality IT support.
Ollie also becomes iO IT Services' first permanently London-based engineer, strengthening the company's presence in the capital and enhancing support for clients across the UK.
