After a phenomenal 2025 season that saw all 1,000 places sell out on the very first day of booking, International School Aberdeen (ISA) has announced it is adding a fifth week of fun to its 2026 Summer Camp.
The expansion aims to meet the massive demand from the local Aberdeen community, providing more children than ever with access to the school’s high-energy, all-inclusive summer programme. Known for its "festival of fun" atmosphere, the camp is open to all children in the North East, not just those enrolled at ISA.
The 2026 camp will feature the return of favourite activities including a variety of sports, swimming, pizza making, campfire marshmallow roasting, circus-skills and the electric go-karts - which were a major hit following their introduction last year.
Mark DeGraw, ISA Athletic Director and Summer Camp Leader, said: “We were absolutely staggered by the response in 2025. To see 1,000 places snapped up within 24 hours told us two things: parents are looking for high-quality, reliable summer care, and the kids are having the time of their lives here. By adding a fifth week, we’re opening the door for even more local families to join the ISA community - whether that is just for a week or for the full five weeks. Whether they are sculpting cartoon clay animals or reaching the top of our climbing wall, our goal is to send every child home with a huge smile and new friends.”
Located at ISA’s state-of-the-art campus on North Deeside Road, the camp makes full use of the school’s 25m swimming pool, double-sized games hall, outdoor play areas, tennis courts and astro pitches. The programme is designed to be balanced and inclusive, allowing children to move from high-intensity sports to creative projects throughout the day.
Given that last year’s camp sold out in record time, ISA is encouraging families to mark their calendars for Wednesday March 11th to avoid disappointment.
