Award-winning housebuilder, David Wilson Homes, has celebrated its first Christmas at Otter Stone Manor in Dyce with a community event, marking an official start to the festive season.

Otter Stone Manor, which launched earlier this year, hosted the festive gathering, bringing local residents, industry experts and friends of the community together.

The development’s Show Home was decorated for the occasion by local luxury interior designer, Nikki Brown, owner of Westholme Interiors. The Show Home has been elegantly transformed for the festive season, featuring a beautifully dressed Christmas tree and charming holiday ornaments. Winter foliage is thoughtfully placed throughout the property, adding colour and texture to each room. The chosen décor complements the existing contemporary style of the home, brought to life through a harmonious palette of metallics and neutrals, with a hint of purple and wood.

Attendees enjoyed canapes, mulled wine and a tour of the decked-out Show Home, which was recently awarded David Wilson Homes North Scotland’s ‘Show Home of the Year’.

Felipe Ferreira, Sales Director at David Wilson Homes, said: “At David Wilson Homes, fostering connections with the communities we are proud to be part of is at the heart of every new development. It was truly wonderful to see so many faces come together to celebrate this special time of year.

“A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, and to our fantastic suppliers Westholme Interiors and Duncano’s for helping make the day extra special."

Located seven miles from Aberdeen’s city centre, Dyce is a desirable community situated by the picturesque River Don. Otter Stone Manor offers a collection of luxury 3 and 4-bedroom family homes with prices ranging from £289,995 to £469,995.
