ITWORX UK is delighted to be supporting the Beannachar Business Golf Challenge 2026 as Main Event Sponsor, helping to raise funds for the Aberdeen-based charity and Camphill community.
Taking place at the Paul Lawrie Golf Centre on Monday, September 7, the event will bring together businesses from across the North-east for a nine-hole golf challenge in support of Beannachar’s work with young adults with additional support needs.
Beannachar supports 33 young adults with learning disabilities through a range of day and residential services to develop work skills, improve health and wellbeing, become independent and reach their fullest potential.
As an employee-owned IT Managed Service Provider based in the North-east, supporting the communities in which its team lives and works is important to ITWORX UK.
Philip Mowatt, Managing Director of ITWORX UK, said: “We’re delighted to be supporting Beannachar as the Main Event Sponsor of this year’s Business Golf Challenge. Beannachar really does fantastic work with young adults in our local community, and we’re very pleased to be able to play a small part in supporting that.
“It promises to be a great day, bringing businesses together for some friendly competition while raising funds and awareness for a brilliant local cause.”
Last year’s Business Golf Challenge raised a fantastic £5,500, with the funds directly supporting Beannachar’s services and its work to help young adults with learning disabilities develop their skills and confidence.
For 2026, teams will take on nine par-3 holes, with tee times available between 9.30am and 2.30pm. Entry costs £220 for a team of four and includes breakfast rolls, teas, coffees and snacks.
ITWORX UK is looking forward to supporting Beannachar on the day and helping to make this year’s Business Golf Challenge another success.
