Kyle Brebner has been promoted from Service Desk Supervisor to Services Team Leader. Since joining ITWORX UK in 2017, Kyle has played a key role in the development and day-to-day operation of the service desk. With strong technical expertise and a focus on continuous improvement, he has consistently supported both colleagues and clients while helping to maintain and enhance service delivery standards. In his new role, Kyle will take on broader responsibility for leading the services team and supporting its ongoing development and performance.
William Duthie has been promoted from Services Technician to Systems Engineer. Since joining the business in 2022, William has demonstrated strong technical capability, a positive work ethic, and a commitment to ongoing learning and development. Through his work on the service desk and supporting customer environments, he has built a strong foundation that will support his progression into an engineering role.
