ESWL is delighted to announce that Key Account Manager, Jack Slessor, has been named July's Player of the Month in recognition of his consistency, commitment to excellence and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
Jack joined ESWL in October 2024 as a Sales Administrator. His strong work ethic and commitment quickly saw him promoted to Inside Sales Representative in January 2025, before progressing into his current role as Key Account Manager.
The Initiative Player of the Month award recognises employees who consistently go above and beyond in their role, demonstrating ownership, reliability and a willingness to take action that benefits colleagues, customers and the organisation as a whole. Jack has consistently demonstrated these qualities through his commitment to customer satisfaction and the integral role he plays within the ESWL team.
His attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities and willingness to support both customers and colleagues have made him a highly valued member of the ESWL team.
Speaking about receiving the award, Jack said: “I am very proud to have received this award. I know how hardworking and dedicated all my colleagues are, so to be chosen as this month’s recipient means a great deal to me. I am very thankful for this recognition and more motivated than ever to continue contributing to the growth and success of ESWL.”
