James Milne strengthens team with new appointments

A North-east accountancy firm has strengthened its team by recruiting a new employee and promoting two members of staff to senior roles.

James Milne has recruited Barry Brander to the position of tax manager in its Aberdeen office. Lauren Thompson, who has been with the firm for 12 years, has been promoted to associate and her role as manager has been filled by Ellen Smith.

James Milne has a team of 35 staff and partners across its offices in Aberdeen, Banchory and Inverurie who provide accountancy, taxation and business services to a range of business and personal clients.

The firm, which prides itself on its partner-led approach, has seen growth across all areas over the last twelve months.
