andersonbain is looking to appoint two dedicated and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitors to join its busy, city centre firm.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing property transactions, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring smooth conveyancing processes for clients.

Duties
- Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Draft and review legal documentation.
- Conduct property searches and liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and clients to facilitate transactions.
- Provide clear legal advice on property law, contractual obligations, and potential risks associated with transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements throughout the conveyancing process.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure all deadlines are met efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor specialising in residential conveyancing.
- Proven experience managing residential property transactions independently.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favourable terms for clients.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to diverse client needs.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of service delivery.
