Aberdeenshire-based luxury housing developer, Kirkwood Homes, has launched new incentives for prospective customers - plus a competition for a £5,000 holiday voucher to celebrate its 40th anniversary.

For reservations taken at any development across Scotland between 31st May and 31st August 2024, customers will be entered into a draw to win a £5,000 holiday voucher, while at the majority of its Aberdeen city and shire developments, new customers will also receive a 5% deposit contribution or cashback, luxury flooring throughout their new home and turf to the rear garden.

Colin Crombie, Managing Director of Kirkwood Homes, said: "Forty years in any business is a significant milestone. However, given the constant challenges that the housing industry, and in particular the North-east of Scotland have faced, it is all the more remarkable that we have continued to invest and grow the business to what we are now.

"Since the company's inception, our core values of constructing luxury, desirable homes and communities, in places where people aspire to live, remain firmly at the forefront of our culture, and these values will continue as the business looks to grow and expand into new regions beyond our key operational areas."

Long standing team members have been interviewed as part of Kirkwood Homes’ 40th anniversary celebrations, sharing why they’ve stayed at the company so long, what they love most about the company, their favourite memories and more.

Commenting on what she believes has been integral to the success of Kirkwood Homes over the past 40 years, Shirley Craig, Sales Manager, said: “Not deviating from our mission statement of ‘Bringing quality to life’ has been crucial to the success of the business. Our head office and site staff are the foundation of this business and work tirelessly to ensure that this culture remains intact - and we all have a company we are proud to work for.”

Aaron Macaskill, Technical Director, adds: “There’s something about the product we deliver that has its own identity, and this is the legacy we’re leaving behind. The team has created something that stands out, and you can see this consistently across the portfolio of homes built over the past 40 years. The homes have of course evolved, but stayed true to the original vision and the focus on quality craftsmanship. I feel immense pride in being part of continuing this legacy, and being part of the Kirkwood story."
